I'm trying to learn more about the PCMCIA (a.k.a. PC Card) abilities of the gumstix (specifically with the Verdex) and I'm hoping some people on this list will give me a few pointers. I don't actually know that much about using PC Cards so any information is appreciated.
Anyway, I read in the PXA270 manual that there are two PCMCIA slots. Would it be possible to bring out the lines for a PC Card slot? I also saw something online for a PC Card to CF card converter; would this work with the Gumstix? Does wifi use a PCMCIA slot?
Are there are any references or examples that I should be looking at?
