Hi,
I have a a GA embedded in my scheduler agent. For every feasible chromosome I want to plot the fitness value of it. (chromosomeid vs fitness value). I would like to use the chart outputer for it, and would like to see how the population propagates.
This means that I want to refresh the chart before I plot the fitness values for the new generation.
While I can plot it using the repast runtime environment, I cannot refresh the chart before plotting for next generation. This accumulates the fitness values.
I was looking for a tutorial on how the Outputers work, so I can control this programmatically.
Will be glad with any pointers.
