On MGos v2.01 Apache service not run

On MapGuide v2.01 the apache service not run and the server is shotdown the message error is "a colud not load a transcoding service"... I have installed and desinstalled the MgWebServerExtensionsSetup-2.0.1.2716.msi 4 times, and for all times this the apache service is shotdown when rebooting the System My configuration.... Athlon X2 6000+ Windows XP SP2 RAM: 4GB DDR2... Any Help is greetly appreciaded..... Many thanks in advance. Nicola Peddis
