OS X labels

     Why the hell do Ttk labels on OS X accept the -background option  
and then ignore it?!  I thought we were passed this tomfoolery. 0-]

     Seems like with all the system colors available in 8.5 the Ttk  
label and/or frame widget could be just a simple Tk widget with the  
correct background for the theme (systemSheetBackground, etc...).  
And, in my opinion, the both of them should accept AND USE a -
background option.
