Note to wiki editors: [Fwd: Re: Password request]Done, but late. Note to all wiki editors: when you see that I'm slow at answering a password request, please do not hesitate to share your own password w/ the requester; this is supposed to be a wiki after all. And preferably, share it only w/ the requester: do not send the password to the list, where it would show up in the online archives.
