Norwegian Bokmål going UTF-8 (was: Norwegian Bokmåltranslation for the QmailAdmin Login plugin )

Since the three of you all said OK, I'm going to do this after the next

I've done the conversion today, so starting with 1.4.14 and 1.5.2 Bokmål
will be in UTF-8.
