Noob needs help

Hey everyone, basically i'm trying to install dbconvert to put some tables and forms on our site. But in order to even use the trial of dbforms you need php and mysql isntalled and i have no idea where to start. I've been on the websites etc. but I'm not sure what product i need. I use IIS on windows xp. anyways if anyone can assist me that would be very much appreciated. thanks. JS.
