Non-human, spam accounts adding me to their network

In the past few weeks, two individuals have added me to their network,
and they seem to be non-human or spam-related in different ways.

One, jimisrvrox, has a very odd collection of tags.  There are only 39
tags, but he has 1799 posts.  He also has 446 people in his network.

Another, fredtred9911, has exactly two posts, and 123 friends.

Has anyone else noticed being added to the networks of similar accounts?

Yes, I have, and I inquired about this previously. Unfortunately they don't
have an option for us to do anything about it. My network consists of me and
2 other people, only one of which I know and approve of. The other person
has no links, and a long list of friends, and I'd like not to be one of
them. Nothing I can do about it, though.

Hello,

So much for that inaccessible CAPTCHA keeping us all safe from not only blind / VI people who wish independent access to registration for Yahoo! services, but also apparently against spammers as well.  Sorry, I just couldn't resist.  Though the telephone based accomodation is slightly better than nothing, it remains woefully insufficient and it is long since time an audio CAPTCHA be put in place...

Thanks for reporting this - it's good to let us know when you're uneasy
with something. I inspected both of those accounts, and they appear to
be real human users who are just very friendly. It's fairly normal to
have a small number of tags with a large number of posts (everybody uses
Delicious differently) and some people are more interested in reading
other people's bookmarks than saving their own.

I understand feeling a little bit uncomfortable with seeing unknown
people in your "fans", though. Here's the thread from November where we
discussed being able to hide specific fans:

And in regard to the CAPTCHA - you're very right that it's still an
important accessibility issue. We have improvements in the works.

In general, if people notice a user or URL that smells like spam, the
best thing to do is email me directly at feedback(at)del.icio.us. I'll
look at it and take care of it.
