Newbie install question

Hi,

I've just downloaded 4.0.3 from the website and am attempting to
install it in accordance with the documentation at
http://docs.farcrycms.org:8080/confluence/display/FCDEV40/Getting+Started+Guide?decorator=printable

The doco seems to assume that ColdFusion is hooked up to a webserver
(eg "configure a web site in your web server..." etc)

I just want to try this out in my development install of ColdFusion
which I installed using the "Built-in web server" option.

Is this possible?  And if it is, how? :)

Thanks,
Andrew.

Take a look at this thread from the Farcry Dev list.

Once you're up and running I would recommend downloading and updating to the latest milestone release of the core
You can download it from the following urls :
http://fisheye3.cenqua.com/browse/~tarball=zip/farcrycms/core/tags/milestone-4-0-8/milestone-4-0-8.zip
http://fisheye3.cenqua.com/browse/~tarball=zip/farcrycms/core/tags/milestone-4-0-8/milestone-4-0-8.tgz

Regards

Stephen
