New VMMaker package on SqueakMap

SM now has VMMaker3.8-b6 ready for your delight and desperation. It  
works for me with SVN #1444 off squeakvm.org and so far as I can tell  
is now up to date with all the suggested changes I can find and  
approve. Let me know if anything generic breaks; platform specific  
issues are your own problem...
