New Release

Version 2.2 has been released.  It fixes an error in the tracking loops and includes more documentation on how the constants for the tracking loops are derived.  In addition a software receiver version SoftOSGPS is included which can use files generated by the SiGe front end capture program.  Work is continuing on it as well as getting it to work with files generated by the USRP hardware.
