New Feature: Support default field values in Zend_Db_Table::createRow()

Hi all,

Since it had so many votes.. I went ahead and implemented this feature over
the weekend.  As noted in the comments, I implemented it according to the
plan I put forth on Friday.

Considering there is major development going on inside incubator, I
committed this to trunk for you to play with.  Inside of the issue you will
find a sample script that demonstrates the usage.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments or ideas relating to this
new feature.

Ralph and I had an email exchange about this issue and he asked me to post my comments into the JIRA issue log, so I've done that.  Folks who are interested in this feature can go read it there.
