Netbeans5.5 VWP to Netbeans6.1 issues

I have migrated several of my projects from Netbeans 5.5 VWP to Netbean6.1.  However I found the following issues :-

1.  The auto-submit for drop down list does not work anymore
2.  The drop down list length now automatically extends (causing overlap with nearby controls)

The workaround for (1) was to go to the control's property, unselect the auto-submit.  Then select auto-submit again.  This is quite tedious I have many projects from Netbeans 5.5.  I noticed that in the JSP, the onchange property has been changed from 'webuijsf.suntheme.common.timeoutSubmitForm(this.form..' to  "webui.suntheme4_2.common.timeoutSubmitForm(this.form, 'dropDownItemFrom'.

If I don't change the auto-submit property, the onchange will remain as '.webuijsf.suntheme.common.timeoutSubmitForm(this.form..'

Why doesn't Netbeans 6 migrate these settings automatically?

As for issue (2), if I set a value for the width, then the length will not extend in IE6, but still persist in Firefox 2.

Need advice.
