NetBeans Location Based Services Mobility Demo 5.5

Hi
 I have worked upon this City Guide demo & its great. I have a similar project in my GIS (
Geographic Information Sciences ) and I am working on a Similar project like this.
  I am having a small problem in installing this CityGuide.jar file on a mobile handset
but it is not being installed. Every time I use Bluetooth or any other medium to transfer
this jar file to the handset fails, giving the error " Downloading failed " or "Invalid
Application ".

  I needed some help in running this application on a mobile set or Nokia Mobile
Simulator.
