Nested outer joins and correlated subqueries

Hi Toby,

I sent you an email off-list, but it looks like you might not have received it. This is about the Mckoi problem discussed in this thread: http://mckoi.com/database/mail/subject.jsp?id=7554

At one point you had indicated that you have a fix for it, and you could make it available. I was hoping that you would release a new Mckoi version with this issue resolved. Since that has not yet happened, would it be possible for you to make this patch available? The lack of nested outer joins and correlated subqueries is becoming a difficult problem for me now, and I would really appreciate those two issues being fixed.
