Need to change dates on investment account transations

I have a few items that when they where imported from my old account prior to
KMM, that the dates are showing up as 190x. These items are sitting in my
investment account that is now closed, but open in KMM so that I can make
changes and they are also in an account named Beginning Balance. I am trying
to clean up that Beginning Balance account and change the 190x dates to the
correct year.

KMM will allow me to alter the dates of the transactions to reflect the
correct year, but it will not allow me to save the transaction from inside
the investment account. It also will not allow me to alter the transactions
from inside the Beginning Balance category as the transaction did not
originate from there.

I am not sure if this is a bug or by design that KMM will not allow me to save
the altered transactions.

Thanks,
-Eric

Hello Eric,
does it show you any error message or it just won't enable the Enter button to save the transaction?

Regards,
Alvaro

Hey Alvaro:

It just won't enable the Enter button. Only button that is enabled is the
Cancel button.

Thanks,
-Eric

That's usually because some data is missing. Perhaps it was not required at the time you originally entered the transaction.
