Need a help on cron expression

Hi All,

I need to create a cron expression for the below scenario

Dispatch Days :Monday to Sunday
Dispatch Times Every 15 minutes; last run at 18:15 CET
Dispatch Type :SINGLE
System down-times:Monday to Friday 18:30 – 19:30 CET


could you please help me on this
