Need WAS6 to manage the threads created by quartz

Hi

      I would like to WAS6 has to manage the threads created by quartz , is there any properties in QUARTZ which allows the WAS6 to manage the threads, I would appreciate if you give any solution to this, and what will be the steps to do.
