Hi,
The Free Software Foundation is going to have a table at an upcoming
Portland event. I'm writing because we need your help in Portland on
July 25th and 26th to help run the table.
Talking to folks at conferences is a great way to help spread the word
about free software and a great way to help us increase our membership
base. And as it turns out, it's also fun!
The tabling hours are 10am-5pm on both Wednesday, July 25th and
Thursday, July 26th. The conference takes place near Holladay Park.
We'll need 1-2 people for each of the following "shifts" so if you want
to, you can table with a friend. Let me know when you'd most like to
help out and if you have any flexibility.
Wednesday, July 25th
10:00 -- 12:30
12:30 -- 3:00
3:00 -- 5:00
Thursday, July 26th
10:00 -- 12:30
12:30 -- 3:00
3:00 -- 5:00
We'll also be hosting two "Birds of a Feather" sessions on Wednesday
night one at 7:30 and one at 8:30 so plan to stick around if you can!
