Hi all,
I have downloaded the .dgn files from the WSDOT website, and converted it to gml using FW TOOls. But I am not able to get any of the attribute data. I came to know that the attribute data will be stored in an external file and will be linked through a MSLink attribute, but I am unable to find any such dbf file for the DGN files that I have downloaded. Please do help me with any inputs as to where can I find those files that contain the attributes.
