Nebula2 or Mangalore?

What is your suggestion? I am new in this area and I am confused about start programing with Nebula2 or Mangalore? Is those two products equal? I read forum treads about this, but still in doubt. What is with upgrades for NEbula2? Are they regular?
For making stable game what should I use? I really dont know what to download and install - Nebula2 or Mangalore? Help me clear with this problem.
