NURBS Revolve Curve

Hi Carsten,

Just tested revolve curve some more, and I get a problem when using a
non-straight curve: it only results in a cylinder (see attached file).

I've also tested the ruled surface, very cool!

Oops, forgot to revert some changes I made there to find out why its not revolved around the z axis.
Sorry about that I'll fix it right now on the train and commit later..
