Hello,
On Your website in FAQ section there is a explanation how to run rmijdbc
as a service with use of srvany.exe. I did almost everything as in the
explanation. My run_rmijdbc.cmd is only different, because I use jre,
not jdk. (and there is no classes.zip file, even in jdk1.5.0_08 there is
no such file)
It looks like this:
@echo off
set CLASSPATH=C:\RmiJdbc\dist\lib\RmiJdbc.jar
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_08\bin\java
org.objectweb.rmijdbc.RJJdbcServer sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver >
c:\temp\rmijdbc_server.log
The service RmiJdbc runs automatically. I use it to connect my applet
with an access database and it does not work. When I check what is
running in the task manager a see only srvany.exe instead of RJJdbcServer.
Do You know how to run it by using jre1.5.0_08?
