NAP hiding index articles in d.l.taviewer.

Hi,

By default taviewer hides index article from navigation. I got some sites I need it in navi. Is it
possible to set  MIDCOM_NAV_NOENTRY => false per topic? This could be a config option and would be
easy to code.

I seem to remember that I made  patch for this, but I do not remember if it was applied to Midcom 2.4 cvs. Torben do you remember what happened to this?
