I have installed the community version of netbeans . Now when i go into the terminal and cd to the '/usr/local.bin" directory and try executing mysql command , this is the error i am getting.

lance@lance-desktop:/usr/local/mysql/bin$ sudo mysql
[sudo] password for lance:
sudo: mysql: command not found

Sorry if this is a silly question.
