Mylyn weekly

Just a quick update regarding the Mylyn weekly build.  There have been
connectivity issues preventing upload to the distribution server
(dev.eclipse.org).  We hope to get a build up Monday once this is resolved.

I was able to push last week's 3.0.2.I20080904-2100 weekly build moments
ago. Looks like the network issues have been resolved.  Another RC will
be out later this week.
