MySQL Workbench OSS / SE 5.0.14 Beta available for download

Dear MySQL users,

the MySQL Developer Tools team has released a new Beta build of the
MySQL Workbench project.

MySQL Workbench is a next-generation visual database design application
that can be used to efficiently design, manage and document database
schemata. For more information about the MySQL Workbench project please

The team has managed to fix more than 30 bugs since the last release in
early February. The software-rendering engine was changed using GDI
instead of mesa from now on. The property editor has been brushed up
with convenient value-editors for colors, boolean values, text and
filenames. The icon list on the overview page can now be changed to
large iconic or detail views. Also a small feature which was highly
requested - to be able to
change the sizes of table-figures manually - is introduced with this
release.
