MySQL Slave Monitoring tool

Hi

Is there a monitoring tool to check MySQL Slave. Just to know how much it is
behind its Master( Seconds_Behind_Master: Variable in the below output.)
which will send sms alerts
or email to the user

For example

mysql> show slave status\G
