Model compilation problem: works in Eclipse, nullPointer when the .jar is run from command line

Hi,

A Repast J model that runs perfectly well in Eclipse triggers a
NullPointerException when build and run by java -jar model.jar, upon the
pressing of the "Initialize" button.

Could anyone help? Here is the system output:
