Mobility Plugin Install Fails

I have tried installing the Netbeans Mobility plugin on Vista 32 bit and it will not activate.  The error says it cannot find the org.netbeans.mobility.lib.activesync/1 module.  The jar and xml is there for org.netbeans.mobility.lib.activesync.  Any suggestions?

This is suspicious. I did install on Windows Xp with no problems this
way, let me try to find someone with Vista some time next week.
FYI: You'd better use users@... for user related
questions, just hint.
