Missing AIML download links?

There seem to be some download links missing from this page:

   http://aitools.org/Free_AIML_sets

Where can I download the other AIML sets besides Annotated Alice? I tried
installing the French AIML sets from alicebots.org, but they are full of
AIML errors. The download page at aitools.org says,

   "Siewlan Tan from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore
    significantly revised that set (dated 2006-03-06 below). Both versions
    have been updated to repair invalid AIML and to use namespaces."

but there are no links below any of the non-English sets.
