Memory limit low

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me here. I haven't had any luck to get this up and running. It's the latest version of PHPLDAPadmin 1.1.0.5. I got the following message that says "Your PHP memory limit is low". I have changed memory_limit in php.ini from 8M to 256M and it still tells me that. What's it the minimum limit we're talking about here?

I'm guessing you didnt restart your web server when you made the change?

Hi,

Try rebooting apache (or whatever provide web pages) to really apply changes. It helps sometimes.

root[~]# grep memory /etc/apache/php.ini
memory_limit = 50M

I did try to restart the apache2 before posting the question to you but this didn't do the trick.

 

Are there any reason why i'm getting this message?
