Maven plugin for the petals-platform-2.1.2 release

Hi all,

I've just tried to run some tests with the latest platform release and
was very happy to see that dynamic domain mode now works fine in both
multicast and non-multicast configurations. Thanks guys! ;-)
Unfortunately I also found that the current maven plugin version is not
up-to-date for building and deploying with this platform release. JMX
URI has been changed, but the currently used JMX plugin still uses the
old variant.
Furthermore, I got a NLP exception in the component packaging:

Caused by: org.apache.maven.plugin.MojoExecutionException: Problem while
updating jbi.xml file. We add it like it is

This is due to the fact that some of my component descriptors don't use
petals extensions and thus no extensions node exists in the XML document
tree.
Can you please fix this problem within the next release of maven plugin?

Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
Wladimir Safonov
