Maven 2, deploy-plugin and skipping deployment for certain modules

Hi,

it looks like with the release of the maven-deploy-plugin 2.4,

it's finally possible to include a module in the <modules> section, but
skip it at deployment time.

I think that will allow us to add all the test suites without having to
go for profiles, have them run at mvn test, but avoid them being
deployed to any Maven repository.
