I have just returned from a nine day study tour with Columbia University Teachers College (where I am working on  my doctorate).  We visited schools in Budapest and Prague, and flew in and out of Vienna.  They have the same problems we do.  So, no big news there......  I'm tired, sill on Vienna time, so more details later.
