Matching the text in this image.

Can anybody help me match the characteristics of the text in this image using CSS?  I thing I can get everything except the weight.  In the original image work file (PSD) the text is "Strong Anti-Alias" which gives it a bit of extra weight, but not a full bold.

The other characteristics are Arial 11pt #163C63 136.3% line height and 2px|pt kerning.
