Pretty disappointing scoreline for us huh? 0 - 5 and especially against FC Braemar (the team we normally thrash) But oh well...what's done is done, all we can now do is reflect on our performance and make sure we thrash them the next time we play them.
After some anonymous suggestions, I've decided to make some changes. Alot of you will probably feel that we don't have a real structure to our line-up, and that I'm being too soft due to factors such as friendship. Although I do still firmly believe that our football matches is just a way for all of us to get some exercise and have some fun, I think none of us enjoy losing. So from now on, I'm going to make decisions for the greater good of the team. In doing so, everyone will still get playing time, but some more than others, no-one will get less than 20-30 minutes per game.
So there will be a starting line-up and substitutes, and I will be asigning people into positions in-order to get the the best out of everyone and create unity in defence, midfield and attack. The starting line-up is by no means fixed, thus creating a healthy competitive atmosphere. So I want everyone to fight for their positions.
Substitution-wise, everything will remain the same, it will still be subbing whenever anyone is tired, but if a defender comes off, another defender must replace him and not an attacker.
