Well played guys!!! Although we drew i think 4-4, it was a very good performance all-round. Our passing was excellent (even the other team said we passed the ball very well). I'm not sure if you agree with me on this but because of our passing, the game was more comfortable for us; we didn't need to run up and down for no reason.

If we are to join a league in the future, the passing game we showed yesterday is exactly what we need. Our quick short passes enabled us to create alot of space, which made our offence very effective (albeit a certain forward who forgot to bring his scoring boots). In defence, we managed to control the game from the back, and that was partially due to our passing movement between defenders. Quick passes was the key, and Jacky played an intergal part of our game by distributing the ball quickly out of his hands to enable our outfield players to mount a swift attack.

Another positive aspect of our game yesterday was how each player adapted to different positions during the game. Jeff, Jerry and Tony rotated as left backs and forwards during the game, and all 3 played well in both positions. Tony even had a spell as center back when Jon was force to pull out of the game due to injury. Kevin's runs down the right hand side gave us more ammunition and options up front.

Overall, excellent performance by everyone in the team, MVP i say would have to go to Michael !!!
I don't really think we have much to work on apart from perfecting our passing game, and also how to reproduce this kind of performance when Michael isn't available.

michael is like michael jordan, not only does he shine but whenever he plays, he makes the whole team shine together and we leave the game feeling better about ourselves.

jacky was stressed quite a bit, as the whole defensive line really enjoyed running up front a lot, but we managed to run back in time to keep a solid defense. if we could get the 2 kens to play defense, that would be solid.

we definately deserved to win that one, bad luck i suppose.

Yes, well analyzed.
The most critical part which we did well was to get the passing started from the back line defense. And then gradually moving the ball up pitch with precise short quick passes. Coz Usually with Manson in CB we cant pass the ball at all.
I think michael was defeinitely the key player and made things a lot easier for me, coz as DMF he was always available to receive my pass when I was playing in left back and centre back. And when when I ran up the pitch to assist he would automatically fall back to fill the gap in my CB postion. Basically me and him were switching postions whenever one of us were attacking. His movement on the pitch is incredible I have to say.

The sad truth is without him we definitely cannot reproduce a perfomance like that again.
