Dear GMT Community

I learned from ETH Zurich (http://www.earthquake.ethz.ch/software/matl2gmt)
website about MatLab2GMT which is a tool that helps to convert MatLab
figures to a format usable in GMT. The paged is linked to GMT homepage to
download the tool. I didn't find download link for "MatLab2GMT" on GMT
homepage. I thank for any information about the tool.

Dear Azedeh,

I believe that you misunderstood the ETH Zurich webpage, which is not very clear. They are saying  that the Matlab2GMT tool is software that they developed, but it seems they don't have a download option. I would contact them for more information. It is not part of GMT.

Best Regards,
++Eric

Pardon my curiosity, but what would that tool do to benefit GMT usage?
Matlab figures, in their parlance,  are what we normally call "windows"
(not the M$ one that makes tickles on some of you). So, how could it be
of any usage?
If, on the other hand, by "figures" it was meant "images". ... GMT is
not so strong
on it as well (though we can do it).
