MapServer 5.0 msx needs to be compiled with SDE

Frank,

I noticed that 8 msautotest in misc are skipped because MapServer on
http://download.osgeo.org/mapserver/fgs-msx/  doesn't have the support
for SDE.  Is it possible for you to add this switch in fgs_build.

Norm,

No, I don't believe it is possible for us to distribute SDE enabled binaries
as the SDE libs are proprietary.  Also, it requires a setup SDE instance to
operate against.  I believe currently the tests are only run by Howard on
his test instance.
