Make space & Copy

I have an Excel file containing dater that I need to export to MYOB accounts package.
There are 4000 bank entries but in order to set them up to work with MYOB, I have to create two blank rows after each entry and copy one copy of each entry into the row below can this be achived?

I suggest that you use the practice file on the demo page to play with it, get a hang of how it works, then apply it on your large file.
