Major Preview Bug with Dolphin/Konqueror

It's probably already been reported (I can't see something like THIS
being missed for long), but uh...

If you hover over a file in the bottom right corner, the preview window
is literally off the screen, due to it always putting the top left
corner of the preview window where the mouse is.  Probably a good idea
to switch that up depending on distance to the edge of the screen ;)

Yes, this has already been reported (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=161895). I'll try to fix this for KDE 4.1.
