Macbeth ColorChecker on Kodachrome

Does anyone have good quality scan(s) of a reasonably controlled "technical" shot (balanced lighting, good exposure) of a Macbeth ColorChecker chart on Kodachrome 64 and/or 200 which they would be willing to share?
