Discussion about spectrograms reminded me that there is another feature
I would like to see in sox - MPEG-7 characterization of the sound. I can
umagine calling sox with mpeg-7 effect:
sox sound.wav sound.mpeg-7 (with default parameters)
or
sox sound.wav sound.mpeg-7 mpeg-7 ... (with non-default)
where "..." are parameters like the window width and time step.
