Hi Graham,
how about MPD? It is not exactly a web interface that is provided but a custom protocol, but there are quite a number of clients out there to control MPD from a remote computer, see
http://mpd.wikia.com/wiki/Clients. You can even submit commands with "nc" or "mpc", so you cannot just control it from your PC but in parallel via lirc and a (USB) IR receiver connected to the slug (that what I do anyway).
One thing to keep in mind with MPD is that it loads the song database into RAM, which may be a problem for big music archives on the slug.
Regards,
-Thomas

Betreff: [nslu2-linux] MP3 layer conttrol from web interface.
I have had good results with a cheap USB sound card on a Debian Slug.
see -
http://www.sunspot. co.uk/Projects/ SWEEX/slug/ Sound/sound. html
But I would like to control the MP3 play lists from a web interface on
a remote PC.
Can I "apt-get install" any Debian package for this?
Google gave me rcoaster but do not see how to install it.
