MDA VST Source Open

Hi All,

I noticed on another mailing list that someone mentioned that the MDA
VST's were open sourced here:

I thought some might make good opcodes, whether UDO or bundled into an
opcode library (though I think UDO would be nice personally).
Anyways, just thought I'd spread the word!
