M-sys DiskOnChip G3 flash support in JTAG

Hi,

 

Does anybody tried to write such flash support for jtag and can share with it?. I killed my pocket (Typhoon MyGuide 5500 xl) by flashing it with wrong rom, so now have a brick. I have Wriggler cable, connected with jtag 5.0.1, recognized processor Intel PXA255 now left last step - the flash.
