M Audio 1010LT PCI card Help!!!

Hi everyone i have this m audio 1010lt that got (i think) fried due to power failure, i can install the driver but it display error code 10 device does not start..um i want to save this card can anybody help me or tell me what components i need to change in this card?? and its warranty is over..
