Login Problems

For some unknown reason, I can’t seem to reply to the original thread for Login Problems and add an email.

 

My login problem was that I didn’t understand that the login company name is the data base name.  My host provider doesn’t allow changing the database name to something else that would represent the company name.

You should be able to "Dump" your existing database - then delete the existing database. Create a new database of a name you prefer then load the dump file back into the new database.
