Changing roles should not influence your ability to log in to Daisy.
If you can not log in, you should use an other Daisy user with
administrator rights to restore the login,
If you don't have any users with administrator rights,
you will have to add the role using mysql (check out the tables users,
user_roles in the database) (of course this would require access to the
server)
If can't log in it probably means you forgot your password, again an
administrator Daisy users can reset it for you.
(again, if there is no administrator user left, you can reset the
password in mysql: update user set password=sha1('mypassword') where
login='frederick'
